Testimonials

There are a couple of things that make Develeap such a great place for me to work. First, the work environment is fantastic. My colleagues are more than just coworkers; they're friends. This makes my work enjoyable and creates a truly collaborative atmosphere.
Second, the challenges I face constantly push me to learn and grow. Every new challenge becomes a rewarding learning experience, and that feeling of accomplishment is incredibly motivating

I've been working as a DevOps engineer in Develeap for about a year. During this period, I've gotten to learn how to be a professional DevOps engineer but more importantly, I got to see how a good company functions. From the moment I stepped into the office, Develeap has been a home for me.
My managers have been incredibly supportive, guiding me through every technical and personal challenge I've faced. They put the employees first in order to achieve the best and positive working environment. While Develeap allows you to work remotely most of the time, you'll be surprised to find that a lot of people prefer meeting their friends at the office, including me.

Being surrounded daily by so many talented, dedicated, and motivated, DevOps creates an ecosystem that inspires professional and personal growth. There’s always someone to turn to for advice, a brainstorming session, or to simply learn from their experience.
Develeap actively supports our learning journey, offering access to help forums, certification courses, and professional lectures that are incredibly enriching. Develeap isn’t just a place to work; it’s a place to grow, learn, and be part of something special.
