Responsibilities

  • Running end-to-end recruitment process including Campus recruitment
  • Conducting phone, zoom, and face-to-face interviews
  • Sourcing passive candidates
  • Advertising jobs on social networks: Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Working with ATS greenhouse

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting (in-house or at a placement agency)
  • Experience in technical recruiting
  • Marketing content writing capabilities
  • Out-of-the-box thinking
