- Running end-to-end recruitment process including Campus recruitment
- Conducting phone, zoom, and face-to-face interviews
- Sourcing passive candidates
- Advertising jobs on social networks: Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Working with ATS greenhouse
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting (in-house or at a placement agency)
- Experience in technical recruiting
- Marketing content writing capabilities
- Out-of-the-box thinking
